Before On Point, Jon spent years building territories from scratch, earning Hall of Fame sales recognition, and learning one critical lesson: relationships beat transactions every single time. That philosophy drives how he works with every client. He takes the time to understand your business, your market, and what "success" actually looks like for you — not what some agency template says it should look like.
Jon handles client relationships, market strategy, and business development. If Jake builds the engine, Jon makes sure it's pointed in the right direction.
